Responsibilities

As a working student in Student Affairs & Admissions at Coyotiv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our student recruitment and administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up with leads: Communicating with prospective students via email, phone calls, and other channels to provide information about our course program and address their queries.
  • CRM system management: Updating and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date student and lead information.
  • Document creation and updates: Creating and updating documents, including marketing materials, information brochures, and student assessment reports, in both English and German.
  • Administrative support: Assisting with various administrative tasks related to student affairs, such as scheduling appointments, organizing events, and managing student records.
  • Communication with the Agentur für Arbeit / Jobcenter: As our course is accredited by them specific documentation is necessary, and regular interaction with them is required. While it is beneficial to have knowledge about the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) and its procedures, it is not mandatory. It will be taught on the job.
  • Organizing events: Support the team in organizing course related events, such as graduation events as well as alumni events and student recruitment events
Requirements:
  • You are currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, education, or a related discipline).
  • Native-level fluency in German and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
